The valley of the shadow of debt
I especially like the second-to-last one, which I’ve posted on my FB page.
My favorite too.
Great! But that little Tyke is going to have to work a lot longer than 30 years. Unless, of course, he lives in Greece and can retire at 50.
I think the 30 years is just to pay off his share of the national debt. That’s assuming, of course, that the government doesn’t run up still MORE debt, in which case his entire life will be spent in a futile effort to pay off his share of the national debt — which will grow bigger every year despite his best efforts.
