True confession: I am an ignoramus when it comes to popular culture. I was completely unfamiliar with the song of which the above is a parody. But just yesterday a friend posted this version of it on Facebook, and it’s too cool not to share:
One knows one is too old when one not only doesn’t know popular culture, but doesn’t “get” it, either. Sigh. Now this I understand.
