Groan!
I don’t know why you give me so much grief over my plays on words when you use a play on words as your screen name. Is it okay for boys but not for girls?
Not at all. That was a groan of approval. In fact, you can call me the Grunt of Approval from now on.
Besides, word play is one of the best things about your blog. The other is sarcasm … I think. That was sarcasm, wasn’t it? Maybe I’m just the Grunt of Confusion.
Okay, I was just checking. Some punsters take the attitude that it’s okay for them, but if anyone else tries it, they roll their eyes and groan. I was just making sure you weren’t one of those.
Here’s one of my very favorites.
That’s good, but I like all the puns in your Words at Play post. My favorite? She was only a whiskey maker, but he loved her still. That’s genius.
