It’s been a long cold lonely winter

Today is the birthday of George Harrison, who was born in 1943 and died much too young in 2001. Here is one of his best songs, which by happy coincidence is also very appropriate to the season.

Reblogged this on Will S.' Sunny Side Blog and commented:
Go to BoB’s blog to play it if it doesn’t embed properly (WordPress is always so buggy with YouTube clip reblogs).

  2. Nice selection.

Milady Webworker’s sister texted her today to wish her happy GH’s bday. They saw the Beatles together “live,” Chicago, 1964 (from about a half-mile up in the stands, as she tells it).

Wow! I found video of them at the concert!
