I can’t decide whether the 1960s or the 1970s had worse men’s fashions. I’m leaning toward the 1970s, but it’s a close call. The early 1980s weren’t great, either.

I often think how boring it is that everyone wears jeans and t-shirts all the time, everywhere. But after seeing these old ads, maybe that’s not such a bad thing!
