Don’t go around saying the world
owes you a living. The world owes
you nothing. It was here first.

You know, Florida, I only had to bathe a kitteh once. The suggested method was to join kitteh in the bathtub. In a word – NO! I did follow the other recommendations by only turning on the water to a dribble and stroking kitteh with a wet hand all the while murmuring sweet nothings. Eventually we upped the water and added the soap. Guess what? Kitteh enjoyed her bath and I escaped being mauled.

I’m just thankful that most cats are self-cleaning.

All true! Our Erica kitteh is in the spring time throes of attempting to clear 5 acres of mice. Right now she’s sleeping the sleep of the totally exhausted.

Sounds as if Erica could use some reinforcements. Does the local animal shelter rent out good mousers?
