Bessie, my Holstein cat, likes to use the keyboard as a pillow. She often ends up depressing the “caps lock” key and all of a sudden WHATEVER I’M TYPING CHANGES TO ALL CAPS.

Looks familiar. Then there are the times I’m writing an email and have several rows of
============================ or \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\ form. That’s when I notice a cat foot pushing down on the key. 🙂

Positively adorable. I do get some feline interruptions when playing the piano, but nothing half that affectionate!

We had a cat years ago who would get up and stalk out of the room in a huff the instant anyone started to play the piano. He didn’t mind music on the radio or the record player, but he hated the sound of the piano.

Strange, that. I suppose piano strings do get a bit strident. We had a cat that would go to the speaker and listen raptly whenever we played Beethoven. No other composer appealed to him.
