Three years ago, at my grandson’s wedding reception, I did the Twist, and surprised everyone, including my 75-y/o self. If you keep moving fast, Old Age can’t catch up with you.

I notice how they carefully waited until the end to get Mary Tyler Moore and Dick Van Dyke in there dancing. Because once they got started, nobody would be watching any of the other dancers!
