  2. These are great! My Monday morning is now complete. Except I’ll be singing the drunken sailor song all day. And corrupting my little grandchildren. 🙂

LOVE the playlist one! I also remember when the audiophiles started tearin’ their hair out about how bad it was for the vinyl to stack it like that.

Pretty sure the “Drunken Sailor” one is — or should be — glaringly obvious, but I’m still caffeining.

I can’t choose a favourite this time. But I do remember the record players that stacked. I had one! (Oops! Showing my age again. That was a lie! I didn’t have one. Couldn’t have! No, not possibly!)

I’ll see ya and raise ya: I remember not only the stacking record players (and that they were CALLED “record players”) but also those swirly-looking plastic Things you put in the big hole on the 45s so they’d fit on a player that had only a skinny spindle.

What shall we do with a drunken sailor early in the morning?
Sign him up at Exxon and make him a Skipper…
    (Perhaps you’ve heard the filk?)
