Certainly there are lots of things in life that money won’t buy, but have you ever tried to buy them without money?

My dog would go crazy on the 4th. A dachshund, he was certain they were out there shooting all his rabbits and he wanted in on it 🙂
A very Happy 4th! May all our enemies continue to drink the political kool-aide! niio

This was our dog too. She’s been gone a few years but if she’d made it to another 4th we would have gotten tranquilizers for her. (I notice your site isn’t nearly as capricious as mine. I could like AND comment.) Happy Independence Day!

Our two indoor fizzers, DippityDo and Tuffie-2, are snoozing through al the fireworks exploding outside; they know how to deal with humans’ screwy penchants for explosiveness. Very little phases them, ’cause they know where they have it made.

None of our current herd get spooked, but we had a cat years ago who was terrified of fireworks, thunder, or anything else loud. He would vamoose downstairs and hide behind the water heater.
