My favourite composer of all time! Happy Birthday, and thanks for all the pleasure your music has given me.
We have been spending time in Germany (before the pandemic put a stop to it) going to all the places J.S. lived, worked or visited. One manuscript we saw was signed ‘Seb’, so we’ve been calling him Seb ever since.
And in Spain we saw a van with the registration SEB 1685. A fan of the Great Man, perhaps?
