Down here in Land of the Red Man (which we can still say), we went directly from monsoons in May to heavy heat wave in June. I sympathize with all the critters depicted.
Those bird photos are really something special.
The one that looks most happy is the elephant, though.

Grew up on the Mississippi Gulf Coast and spent four years in Houston. Seen hot weather. We are having delightful weather in Virginia right now, and I just thank God. Feel like that elephant.
