Certainly there are lots of things in life that money won’t buy, but have you ever tried to buy them without money?

Is interesting to see the music flowing that way, like a player piano roll.

I’m not wild about piano, but am glad I caught this! Very good. Was it what do you do with a Drunken Sailor? Applause!

It’s the Ievan Polka, a traditional Finnish melody, in an arrangement by Paul Hankinson.

Thank you for featuring the piano music.
Since you are interested in piano music, you will be pleased to know that I do play and compose music for the piano. To begin with, you are very welcome to listen to my music and examine my musical scores presented in a special post of mine published at https://soundeagle.wordpress.com/2020/04/12/the-last-rag/
“The Last Rag” is the second movement of my Second Piano Sonata entitled “The Time Beyond”.
Happy September to you!
Yours sincerely,

Just as much fun as watching the player piano rolls on our Bungalow player piano. I used to be fascinated as a kid watching the holes, never realizing that sometimes the hands have to cross over to play everything!

I wonder how the cross-over of the hands works. Is just personal preference, or that the notes can’t be reached/played any other way?
I’m loving these pieces though, and it’s great to see the notes before they’re played too! 😀
