As the owner of a Black Cat I have to say he is the sweetest thing. Black cats do get a bad rap. #BlackCatsFurever!

I have had MANY black cats. They are the friendliest, most social cats and get along with all other pets.

Black cats are awesome! I’ve had three, one I chose as a child, and two brothers that my kids and I chose. All different kinds of fur and different personalities, but all loved 🙂

My “Tiny Terror” is not very social. He comes in, eats, and leaves. It’s like he was born a feral cat who has two human slaves and a place to get out of the rain and cold.

Still, we love the little guy and are grateful for the times he allows us to pet him.

Black cats and black and whites have really great fun personalities. Wife and I fostered orphan kittens and cats for a while.

I lived in England for a time when I was in my twenties. One of my British friends informed me that black cats are a sign of good luck there. I believe they have it right. 🙂

  11. Our yellow-eyed black cat, “Ony,” was left with us after SonC left college (of course). Despite her years, she’s still (apparently) healthy and hearty. Doesn’t quite seem to get that my lap is not a place to jump and start cleaning herself, when I’m eating or typing.
