The problem with cats is that they get the exact same look on their face whether they see a moth or an axe-murderer. —Paula Poundstone
My kid accused me of being overdramatic, so I changed the WiFi password. We’ll see who’s overdramatic in about five minutes.

Seen this teasing behaviour with crows, jackdaws and ravens, but using noises instead. Would not say that magpies are dummer than their distant relatives, daring to get this close to the cat.
For the moment, I have two magpie chicks outside quietly investigating the surroundings. Just three days ago, seagulls paid interest in the magpie nest outside my window, but they were to late, as the chicks left it early last week.

Isn’t that so cat-like, caring but not caring more than he absolutely had to 🙂

Oh my, every time the cat turns the magpie acts like “huh? I am just over here, defiantly not stalking you….”

Cat looks like it’s about to take out a restraining order.
