Certainly there are lots of things in life that money won’t buy, but have you ever tried to buy them without money?

I ran into an old friend and we got to talking. I mentioned going on a diet (me, not her). She turned to me and said “Why? Because you look like a woman?” I have never thought of dieting since then. My husband thinks I look like Sophia Loren; that’s just fine by me.

I grew up in the wrong era, should have been the Renaissance… I love voluptuous women.

When I was in college, and not overweight by any standard other than that of Vogue and Glamour, someone told me that it was too bad I hadn’t been born a century earlier, when “plump” women were considered beautiful.

Wow! The ignorance and rudeness of some people knows no bounds. 🤯

Some women who are really skinny (whether because of genetics, or because they starve themselves to get that way) really enjoy tormenting those of us with more conventionally feminine figures. I have no idea why, but they really get off on it.

I don’t know, Blue, but I don’t let it bother me. Most of the people I know prefer a woman full of life over a cadaver any day. I want to scream at those beanpoles “For the love of God, eat a damn Ring Ding!!”

I have to ask, curiosity gets me in to trouble at times, what is a ‘Ring Ding?”

Love these. Just saw the new news that “government organizations” are calling for early drug intervention and even surgery for obesity in kids. Let’s not help them with healthy habits; just pump ’em full of drugs!
